The United States grants E-1 visas to business people and traders. Qualified applicants include citizens of countries that maintain treaties of commerce with the US and who plan to come to the US to engage in substantial trade.
E-2 visas are available to citizens of treaty nations who have invested a substantial amount of capital, or who can work in business as an executive, supervisor, or essentially skilled employee.
The H-1B visa is for people in specialty occupations. These applicants usually have advanced degrees. A US employer initiates these applications when they have an open position for which the foreign worker is qualified.
The L visa is designed for intracompany transferees. If you have been employed for a year with a foreign company that has a parent company, a subsidiary, or a branch in the United States, you may qualify for an L visa. We can help make sure you qualify.
The O visa exists to provide entry to the US for people with extraordinary abilities in the arts, education, business, and athletics. These visas depend on your qualifications and our legal team can help determine your eligibility.
P visas are granted to certain athletes, entertainers, and artists who are coming to perform in the United States. An applicant’s suitability often depends on their international reputation. Let us help you demonstrate yours.
