Who qualifies for Extensions of Stay?

A1, A2, A3: Diplomatic and foreign government officials, their immediate family members and employees
B1, B2: Temporary visitors for business or pleasure
J1, J2: Exchange visitors and their immediate family members
Non immigrant visa workers and investors: E1, E2, H1B, L1, O1, O2, P1, P2, and P3

Filing Fee – Regular $370 plus $85 biometric fee
